Welcome to the lake, where convenience (10 min from town) meets country living (quiet)! There's enough character and charm here to keep you interested forever. It has a lovely, big, fenced yard bordering Watson Lake - a smaller lake with fantastic bird life and nature watching. As a bonus, the lake is an aerodrome, so if you're looking for a property you can fly into, this is the perfect spot! The house is CHEERY as can be and has had some good updates over the years. My absolute favourite spot is the primary bedroom on the top floor with its own balcony, those angled farmhouse ceilings and the best views over the lake. The basement is unfinished and has an incredible water treatment system that means excellent, worry-free water. And lets not forget the detached shop! This one's a gem.
