This community-scale mixed-use hub serves as both a neighborhood and a community 'anchor' and destination, that incorporates and 'Main Street' design concept, and includes a concentration of employment, commercial and community services, civic activities, residential uses, as well as public gathering spaces and a high-quality design and character for the private and public realms.
